Island
One of the best diving and fishing areas in the world is just off the southern coast of Espiritu Santo, right where this South Pacific island is waiting for you. Crystal Island, or Urelapa, is 1.6 kilometers long by about 0.7 kilometers wide. There is a small brackish water lake on the island and a fresh water well.
The owner has built an airstrip 800 meters long and 70 meters wide. He flies in with his own airplane. There are no buildings on the island.
The island is 2.5 kilometers from the main island and 20 kilometers from the urban center of Luganville (about a 30 to 40 minute run with a good outboard). Luganville has an international airport and is a port of clearance for Vanuatu.
This South Pacific Island has a 75 year commercial lease and the annual rates have been paid for the entire period.
